Applications
New companies from the Customer Creation Form. Possible existing customers are flagged — a shared VAT alone (e.g. EKO stations) isn't necessarily a duplicate. If it really is an existing customer: reject, then give a login from the Customers tab.

Categories, departments & brands
PS365 stays in charge of classification. Here you only change how things look in the shop. New or renamed PS365 categories are flagged for review.
Images: PNG, JPEG or WebP, square, 300×300 is ideal, max 1 MB. They appear in the app straight away.

Price check
Why does this customer see this price? Every step of the chain is shown.
Promotions
Best price for the customer wins; discounts never stack, and never apply to PS365 negotiated prices.

Preview as customer
See exactly the menu, products and prices a customer sees.
Visibility rules
Everything is visible unless a rule hides it. The most specific rule wins (customer → segment → storefront; item → category/brand). At the same level, hide wins. Hidden means hidden everywhere.
Menus
Until a menu is saved, each storefront shows the PS365 category tree automatically. Empty entries hide themselves.
Delivery routes
The delivery date is the next route day after the cut-off. Codes like TUE2 work automatically (Tuesdays, cut-off 14:00 the day before) until you set them up here.
Holidays (no deliveries)
